Welcome to my little corner of the internet! I’m Bec Amundson, a wife, mom, homeschooler, runner, and Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with a passion for living a holistic lifestyle. I have over 50 house plants, 3 dogs, 3 kids and 1 strong willed cat named Arlo. Life is full (and let’s be honest, a little chaotic sometimes), but I truly believe that finding balance in mind, body, and soul can make all the difference.Â
Holistic living has become the foundation of how I approach life—not just for myself but for my family, too. I love nourishing my body with whole, real foods (bonus points if my kids enjoy them too!), hitting the pavement for a run to clear my head, and creating a home that feels peaceful and safe. As a therapist, mental health is incredibly important to me, and I’ve found that when we take care of all aspects of ourselves—hormones, emotional well-being, and even the environment we live in—it’s easier to show up as our best selves.Â
